摘　　要：目的:观察研究无束缚电针治疗对佐剂关节炎(adjuvant-induced arthritis,AA)大鼠的镇痛效应及性别因素对其的影响。方法:选择SD大鼠雌雄各20只,按性别随机分为空白对照组(6只)、模型对照组(7只)和治疗组(7只),以AA大鼠为疼痛模型,以旷场为指标观察电针的镇痛作用。结果:与雄性治疗组比较,雌性大鼠治疗组指标改善明显。结论:无束缚电针治疗对佐剂AA大鼠有明显镇痛效果,可改善关节疼痛症状,且对雌性大鼠的疗效优于雄性大鼠。Objective:To observe the analgesic effects of unbound electroacupuncture on AA rats and the influence of gender on analgesil effects.Methods:Twenty SD male rats and twenty SD female ones were chosen,randomized into blank control group(six rats),model control group(seven ones)and the treatment group(seven ones)in light of gender,AA rats were chosen as the pain models,the analgesic effects of electroacupuncture were observed by using open field test.Results:Compared with male treatment group,the indexes of the female treatment group improved notably.Conclusion:Unbound electroacupuncture has the notable analgesic effects on AA rats,it could improve joint pain,its effects on female rats are better than these of male ones.
