摘　　要：通过对近年来国内外关于保守治疗子宫内膜息肉的文献进行梳理总结,以中医病因病机、西医发病机制、中西医保守治疗现状三个方面为着重点进行分析,以期为临床应用提供参考。By searching and summarizing the literature in the recent years at home and abroad,conservative treatment of endometrial polyp is analyzed from three aspects:the cause and the pathogenesis of TCM,the pathogenesis of Western medicine,current state of conservative treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,in an attempt to provide the reference for the subsequent clinical application.
