摘 要:对气相色谱质谱联用法测定化妆品香水中邻苯二甲酸酯类含量的不确定度进行评定。测量不确定度来源主要有样品称量及定容、标准溶液配制及校正曲线拟合、测量重复性等。以邻苯二甲酸二乙酯为例,对各不确定度分量进行评定,结果表明,测量重复性引入的不确定度贡献最大。当香水中邻苯二甲酸二乙酯测定结果为11.0 mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为1.04 mg/kg(k=2)。The uncertainty of the determination of phthalate esters in cosmetic perfumes by gas chromatography–mass spectrometry(GC–MS)was evaluated.The main sources of uncertainty were the sample weight,sample volume,the preparation of standard solution,the fitting of the calibration curve,and measurement repeatability.Diethyl phthalate(DEP)as an example,each uncertainty component was evaluated.The results showed that the uncertainty introduced by the measurement repeatability contributed the most.As the measuring result of DEP in perfume was 11.0 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 1.04 mg/kg(k=2).
