摘 要:为了更准确地研究在重力加速度、吊钩材料密度、起吊重量为环境变量条件下的吊钩可靠性,以应力和变形为输出响应,采用双重响应面法(Dual Response Surface Method,DRSM)为理论基础对其进行可靠性分析。采用拉丁超立方抽样方法对随机变量进行抽样,将抽样输出数据采用最小二乘法拟合得到应力和应变的响应面方程;结合蒙特卡洛法对两个响应面模型进行联动抽样,计算得到吊钩在静力学条件下的可靠性概率。实例计算表明:当最大允许屈服强度为210MPa,最大允许变形为1mm条件下,其可靠性概率为99.47%。n order to study the reliability of hooks more accurately when taking the density,gravity acceleration and cargo weight as random variables.The reliability analysis is carried out based on the theory of dual response surface method(DRSM).Latin Hypercube Sampling method is used to sample random variables.The response surface equation of stress and strain is obtained by fitting the output data of sampling with least square method.The reliability probability of hook under static condition is calculated by linkage sampling of two response surface models combined with Monte Carlo method.The calculation for the example shows that the reliability probability is 99.47% when the maximum allowable yield strength is 210MPa and the maximum allowable deformation is 1mm.
