摘 要:为了提高圆锥破碎机的破碎性能,在分析当前圆锥破碎机腔型结构及破碎性能的基础上,总结归纳出动锥和定锥腔型的设计方法,同时优化了用于圆锥破碎机的生产率理论计算方法模型。以某型号液压标准细碎圆锥破碎机为研究对象,探究了不同关键结构参数对生产率和破碎质量的影响规律,以此作为腔型修证的理论依据。以EDEM离散元仿真验证不同关键结构参数对生产率和破碎效果影响规律的正确性,并将该设计方法应用于实际设计生产当中,通过对优化前后破碎机生产率与破碎质量实测数据的比较,破碎机的破碎性能得到了改善,进一步验证了该设计方法的可行性和可靠性,为圆锥破碎机腔型的设计优化提供了一种新思路。In order to improve the crushing performance of cone crusher,based on the analysis of the current cone crusher cavity structure and crushing performance,the design methods of moving cone and fixed cone cavity are summarized,and the theoretical calculation model of productivity for cone crusher is optimized.Taking a certain type of hydraulic standard fine crushing cone crusher as the research object,the effects of different key structural parameters on productivity and crushing quality were explored,which served as the theoretical basis for cavity type revision.EDEM discrete element simulation is used to verify the correctness of the law of the influence of different key structural parameters on productivity and crushing effect,and the design method is applied to actual design and production.By comparing the crusher productivity before and after optimization with the crushing quality measured data,the crushing performance of crusher is improved,which further verifies the feasibility and reliability of the design method.It provides a new idea for the design and optimization of the cavity of cone crusher.
