摘 要:工程应用和实验研究中常采用瞬时转速作为设备运行的监测、控制信号。为了分析采用A/D采样软件计数方式测量瞬时转速引入误差的原因及影响因素,采用理论分析及实验验证的方法定量地分析采样频率及转速对误差大小的影响规律。研究结果表明:采样点不能落在方波高、低电压的跳变点上,导致每个周期重构波形与原始波形经历的时间不同,是引入测量误差的主要原因;引入测量误差与采样频率成正比关系,与转速成反比关系;在一定转速范围内选择较高的采样频率可以显著地降低测量误差、提高测量精度。The instantaneous speed has been regarded as the monitored and controlled signal in the engineering application and experimental study. In order to analyze the causes of error and its influence of the instantaneous rotation speed measurement by way of A/D sampling,the introduced into measuring error has been analyzed by theory analysis and experiment quantitatively with software counting method.The law of error influenced by the sampling frequency and the rotation speed has been analyzed and validated in this paper.The sampling point cannot be left to the jump point of the square wave between the high and low voltage. The experienced time is different between the reconstructed and the original waveform in each a cycle,which is the main reason for the introduced measurement error. The introduced measurement error is proportional to the sampling frequency and inversely related to the speed.The results show that the measuring error can be reduced and the accuracy of measurement can be improved significantly with choosing a higher sampling frequency within a certain speed range.
