摘 要:为研究过渡流下(Re=700)内插圆柱对后向台阶流动及传热特性的影响,并尝试找出强化台阶底面换热的最佳圆柱位置,建立二维数值计算模型。采用Fluent设定控制方程和边界条件进行数值模拟,并搭建后向台阶闭式循环水槽试验台,在相同工况下通过PIV进行可视化流动实验,验证数值计算的可靠性。结果表明:Re=700时,圆柱的位置会影响回流区进而影响台阶底面的传热能力;当内插圆柱的横向位置Xc/S=0.6、纵向位置为Yc/S=1.0时,底面传热效果最好,与无内插圆柱工况相比,传热效果提高约112%,而压降只增加45%。In order to study the influence of a circular cylinder on the flow and heat transfer characteristic over theBackward Facing Step(BFS),and try to find the best position of cylinder for heat transfer on the bottom step,a two-dimensional numerical calculation model is established. Fluent was used to set the control equation and boundary conditions for numerical simulation,and a backward stepped closed-flow tank test bench was built. The visual flow experiment was carried out by PIV under the same working conditions to verify the reliability of numerical calculation. The results show that when Re=700,the position of the cylinder will affect the backflow area and the heat transfer capacity of the bottom surface of the step.For Xc/S=0.6,Yc/S=1.0,the heat transfer effect on the bottom surface is the best. Compared with the non-interpolated cylinder,the heat transfer effect increases by about 112%,while the pressure drop only increases by 45%.
