摘　　要：针对矿用混凝土喷射机齿轮传动系统对经济性和平稳性的综合要求,建立以二级直齿圆柱齿轮传动系统的中心距、齿轮分度圆总体积和转动惯量为目标的多目标模糊优化模型。采用降半梯形分布的隶属度函数和两级模糊评判法处理模糊性能约束,将多目标模糊优化问题转化为确定性的多目标非线性规划问题。在此基础上,为获得满意的优化效果,同时提升优化效率,提出一种改进的混合遗传算法对优化模型进行求解。案例分析结果表明了优化方法的合理性和求解算法的有效性。Aiming at the comprehensive requirements of economy and smoothness for the gear transmission system of mining concrete spraying machine,a multi-objective fuzzy optimization model is established,and the optimization target of the model contains the center distance,the total volume of gear indexing circle and the transmission inertia of the two-staged cylindrical spurgear transmission system.The semi-trapezoidal membership function and the two-level fuzzy evaluation method are used to deal with the fuzzy performance constraints,and then the multi-objective fuzzy optimization problem is transformed into a deterministic multi-objective nonlinear programming problem. On this basis,in order to obtain satisfactory optimization effect and improve the optimization efficiency,a hybrid genetic algorithm is proposed to optimize the model. The case analysis results show the rationality of the optimization method and the effectiveness of the algorithm.
