摘  要:针对五模块有轨电车重量分配的调整需要依靠工人们的经验以及调整精度充满不确定性等问题,结合五模块有轨电车自身的结构特点,在技术成熟的四轴车八点调簧算法的基础上设计出适合多模块车辆的调簧算法。在四点、八点和十二点调簧力学模型之间的规律基础上,给出了五模块有轨电车任意n点调簧计算通用模型的推导过程和提出了加垫调簧的优化算法。该模型有效地解决了大部分轨道车辆的调簧计算。用几种常见的工程优化算法对该模型进行求解,结果表明:相较于遗传算法,粒子算法,退火算法在计算时间,加垫量等方面都优于其他两种算法,最终认为退火算法为最适合五模块有轨电车调簧计算的优化算法。For the adjustment of the weight distribution of the five-module tram,it is necessary to rely on the experience of the workers and the uncertainty of the adjustment accuracy.It combines the structural characteristics of the five-module tram and the technically mature four-axis car eight-point spring adjustment algorithm.Based on the design of a spring adjustment algorithm suitable for multi-module vehicles.Based on the law between the four-point,eight-point and twelve-point spring mechanical models,this paper gives the derivation process of the general model of the five-module tram for any n-point spring adjustment and proposes the optimization of the padded spring. algorithm.This model effectively solves the spring calculation of most rail vehicles.The model is solved by several common engineering optimization algorithms.The results show that compared with genetic algorithm,particle algorithm and annealing algorithm are better than other two algorithms in terms of calculation time and padding.Finally,the annealing algorithm is considered as the most suitable optimization algorithm for five-module tram tuning calculation.
