摘　　要：通过对全承载城市客车底架生产线进行实际数据分析,对其工序进行调整,包括作业内容、人员数、工位布置等,以提升生产线的平衡率和产能,从而降低生产成本。Through actual data analysis of the underframe production line for monocoque city buses,the authors adjust the processes with the operation content,the number of personnel,workstation arrangement,and so on.To improve the balance rate and capacity of the production line and reduce the production cost.
