新冠肺炎疫情下公共图书馆抗疫文献征集工作及策略研究

摘　　要：新冠肺炎疫情爆发以来,在我国全民抗“疫”过程中,形成了大量与抗击新冠肺炎疫情工作相关的文献资料,即抗疫文献资料。如何系统地收集、存藏并利用这些文献资料是公共图书馆亟需解决的问题。本文以公共图书馆抗疫文献征集工作为研究对象,分析其现状、重点与难点并探究其意义,从完善体制机制、组建专门队伍、拓宽征集渠道、开展普查工作几个方面总结经验,以期为重大突发事件背景下公共图书馆开展相关地方文献工作建言献策。In the process of the nationwide fight against the COVID-19,a large body of literature related to the work of“Fighting COVID-19”have been produced.How to collect,store and utilize these literature systematically is an urgent problem for the public libraries.This paper takes the collection of public libraries on the topic of“Fighting COVID-19”as the research object,analyze its present situation,emphases and difficulties and explores its significance,sums up experience from improving systems and mechanisms,assembling a dedicated team,expanding channels for collection,carrying out literature census,in order to make recommendations for public libraries to carry out relevant local literature work under the background of major emergencies.
