摘 要:当今企业中层领导者的工作表现不仅与工作能力有关,还与心理素质有重要关系。心理脆弱的中层领导者往往不能精准决策,从而导致下属的工作效率低下。因此,要想避免企业中层领导者因心理脆弱而导致决策失误所带来的不良后果,就必须有效识别企业中层领导者心理脆弱的常见表现,并运用调治方法提高中层领导者的心理素质,从而促进企业工作的高效运转。Nowadays, the work performance of middle-level leaders in enterprises is not only related to their work ability, but also related to their psychological quality. The mentally fragile middle-level leaders often can’t make accurate decisions, which leads to the low work efficiency of their subordinates. Therefore, in order to avoid the adverse consequences caused by decision-making errors caused by psychological vulnerability of middle-level leaders, we must effectively identify the common manifestations of psychological vulnerability of middle-level leaders, and use adjustment methods to improve the psychological quality of middle-level leaders, so as to promote the efficient operation of enterprise work.
