何永恒教授从“毒、虚”辨治结直肠癌经验

摘　　要：结直肠癌为临床常见恶性肿瘤。何永恒教授认为结直肠癌病机为本虚标实。“虚”为本虚,多为五脏亏虚,尤其以脾肾亏虚最明显,临床上以健脾补肾为要;标实则主要为“毒”,根据其病理因素又可分为癌毒、湿毒、热毒、痰毒、瘀毒,据此提出解毒八大法则,分别为以毒攻散癌毒法、清热除湿解毒法、化痰软坚解毒法、活血化瘀解毒法、益气扶正解毒法、养血活血解毒法、滋阴温阳解毒法和健脾补肾解毒法;并创制“天马颗粒剂”,临床疗效明显。Colorectal cancer is a common malignant tumor.Professor HE Yongheng believes that the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer is mainly based on deficiency in origin and excess in superficislity."Deficiency"is the basic deficiency,mostly the deficiency of five solid viscera,especially the spleen and kidney.Clinically,it is important to strengthen the spleen and kidney.Excess in superficislity is mainly"poison",according to the pathological factors,it can be divided into carcinoma poison,damp poison,heat poison,phlegm poison and blood stasis poison.Based on this,eight detoxification rules are put forward,which are respectively the method of attacking carcinoma poison with poison,detoxification method of clearing heat and removing dampness,resolving phlegm and softening hardness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,supplementing Qi and strengthening detoxification,promoting blood circulation and nourishing blood,nourishing Yin and warming Yang,invigorating spleen and kidney;and"Tianma Granule"is created with obvious clinical effect.
