摘 要:针对我国既有建筑外围护结构保温隔热性能较差的现状,本文以某既有公共建筑为研究对象,首先对其外围护结构进行节能诊断,依据诊断结果分别提出该建筑外墙、屋面及外窗的节能改造备选方案。利用层次分析法评价体系,比较不同节能改造方案的功能性。采用PKPM软件进行能耗模拟,分析各方案节能改造前后的节能量,并结合改造方案的相关经济性评价指标遴选出最优的外围护结构节能改造组合方案,以期为公共建筑节能改造提供技术参考。In view of the poor thermal insulation performance of the existing building envelope in China,the energy-saving reconstruction altemative schemes for the exterior wall,roof and windows of an existing public building were presented fistly according to its energy saving diagnostics results.Then the functions of diferent energy-saving reform projects were compared by using AHP evaluation system.Energy consumptions were simulated by PKPM software,and the energy conservation for each scheme was analyzed.Combined with the relevant economic indicators,the optimal reform combining scheme for its exterior envelopes was determined.It was expected to provide technical reference for the enegy-saving reformation of public buildings.
