摘 要:以自主选育审定命名的2个强优势陆陆杂交品种为试验材料,通过田间小区试验,开展F_(1)代杂种优势利用研究,揭示杂交棉强优势组合F_(1)代的产量构成、农艺性状差异性变化情况,为杂交种的推广应用提供依据和参考。结果表明:新陆早70号和新陆早83号F_(1)杂交种在田间表型上均存在着不同程度的杂种优势,F_(1)代植株在株高、单株果枝数、单株结铃数、单铃重、籽指上均存在较强的杂种优势;2品种杂种F_(1)代籽棉产量和皮棉产量均高出CK,分别高14.9%和16.5%,11.9%和17.4%;产量优势主要得益于单株果枝数、单株结铃数和铃重的增加。Taking two strong heterosis land-land hybrid varieties approved and named by independent breeding as experimental materials, the utilization of F_(1) Heterosis was studied through field plot experiment, the yield composition and differences of agronomic characters of F_(1) generation of strong heterosis combinations of hybrid cotton were revealed to provide basis and reference for the popularization and application of hybrids. The results showed that F_(1) hybrids of Xinluzao 70 and Xinluzao 83 had different degrees of Heterosis in field phenotype, and F_(1) plants had strong heterosis in plant height, number of fruit branches per plant, number of bolls per plant, single boll weight and seed finger;The seed cotton yield and lint yield of F_(1) hybrid of 2 varieties were higher than CK, by 14.9% and 16.5%, 11.9% and 17.4% respectively;The yield advantage is mainly due to the increase of fruit branches per plant, boll number per plant and boll weight.
