摘  要:提高棉花生产效率是促进棉花产业兴旺的关键。以长江流域棉区作为研究对象,运用生产效率测算方法(DEA-Malmquist)对长江流域棉花生产省份棉花全要素生产率和区域差异进行测算分析。结果表明,技术进步不足是限制长江流域棉花全要素生产率提高的决定性因素,规模效率不足、技术效率不足也是限制长江流域棉花全要素生产率提高的重要因素。基于上述研究,提出了统筹全局安排棉花生产,加大棉花机械化研发力度,完善农业技术推广体系,推动棉花种植规模化发展等推动长江流域棉花生产高效发展的对策建议。Improving the cotton production efficiency is the key to promote the prosperity of the cotton industry. Taking the cotton area of the Yangtze River Basin as the research object, and used DEA-Malmquist index to calculate the total factor productivity and regional differences of the cotton production provinces in the Yangtze River Basin. The results showed that insufficient technological progress was the decisive factor restricting the improvement of cotton total factor productivity, and insufficient scale efficiency and insufficient technical efficiency were also important factors in the Yangtze River Basin. Based on the above research, four countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote the efficient development of cotton production in the Yangtze River Basin, making overall arrangements for cotton production, increasing the research and development of cotton mechanization, improving agricultural technology promotion system and promoting the large-scale development of cotton planting.
