摘  要:[目的]研究不同浓度光合细菌菌剂在番茄育苗期间喷施对秧苗素质的影响。[方法]试验共设5个处理,以清水为对照,4种不同浓度光合细菌菌剂对幼苗进行叶面喷施处理,并对番茄苗期的生长指标和叶绿素含量进行测定。[结果] 60倍液显著促进叶片叶绿素含量增加,80倍液和100倍液处理促进幼苗植株生长和营养物质积累,120倍液处理利于幼苗叶片数量增加。[结论]可为光合细菌菌剂在番茄中的应用提供参考。[Objective] The aim was to study the effect of different photosynthetic bacteria solvent concentrations on the quality of big tomato seedlings during the nursery period. [Method] Five treatments were set up in this experiment. With water as the control,seedlings were sprayed with four different concentrations of photosynthetic bacteria,and the growth indexes and chlorophyll content of tomato seedlings were measured.[Result] 60 times liquid significantly promoted the increase of chlorophyll content in leaves,80 times and 100times liquid promoted the growth and nutrient accumulation of seedlings,and 120 times liquid promoted the increase of seedling leaves. [Conclusion] It could provide reference for the application of photosynthetic bacteria in tomato.
