摘  要:目的本文旨在分析CT、MRI对骨肉瘤浸润侵犯范围评估及其诊断价值。方法回顾分析本院2017年1月至2019年2月收治的骨肉瘤患者的临床资料51例,所有患者均进行CT及MRI检查。对患者所得CT及MRI图像进行分析,以病理结果为基准,分析CT及MRI检查对骨肉瘤诊断符合率,对比CT及MRI检测对骨肉瘤征象检出率以及对其浸润范围诊断结果。.结果CT及.MRI检查对骨肉瘤诊断符合率分别.为8823%、9411%,与病理结果符合率较高(P>0.05);CT.对肿瘤骨检出率为100%,高于MRI检查(000)(P<005),在骨质破坏、骨膜反应、骨膜.三角、软组织肿块检出上差异无统计学意义(P>005);CT及MRI检查在骨皮质、.外骨膜、骨骼肌间筋膜范围判断上比较无差异(P>.005),MRI对骨骼肌浸润程度检出高于CT检查(P<005)。结论CT和MRI检查对骨肉瘤均有较高的诊断准确率,但两者各有优缺点,两者结合检查可为临床提供更全面的影像学信息。Objective To analyze the evaluation of CT and MRI for the range of infiltrating invasion of osteosarcoma and its diagnostic value. Methods The clinical data of 51 patients with osteosarcoma admitted from January 2017 to February 2019 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. All patients underwent CT and MRI. The CT and MRI images of the patients were analyzed. The pathological results were used as the benchmark to analyze the diagnostic accuracy of CT and MRI for osteosarcoma. The detection rate of sign of osteosarcoma and the diagnostic results of invasion range were compared between CT and MRI. Results The diagnostic accuracy of CT and MRI for osteosarcoma was 88.23% and 94.11%, respectively, and the coincidence rate with pathological results was higher(P>0.05). The detection rate of CT for tumor bone was 100%, which was higher than that of MRI(0.00)(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in detection rate of bone destruction, periosteal reaction, Codman triangle and mass of soft tissue between CT and MRI(P>0.05), there was no difference between CT and MRI in judging the extent of cortical bone, outer periosteum, and fascia between skeletal muscles(P>0.05), and MRI was higher than CT in detecting skeletal muscle infiltration(P<0.05). Conclusion CT and MRI have high diagnostic accuracy for osteosarcoma, but they both have their own advantages and disadvantages. The combination of the them can provide more comprehensive imaging information in the clinic.
