摘　　要：近年来,女性不孕不育及生殖障碍的问题日益突出,这一状况的影响因素除了遗传因素以外,既有社会压力造成的心理问题,也有环境中有害物质暴露的外界影响。卵母细胞质量作为生殖过程中的决定性因素之一,直接影响受精和早期胚胎质量,因此环境暴露对卵母细胞质量的影响是当下研究的热点之一。双酚A(BPA)作为一种生活中广泛存在的环境内分泌干扰物(EEDs),其类雌激素作用对于哺乳动物生殖系统具有广泛的负面影响,其中对于卵母细胞质量的影响更是不容忽视。近年来相关研究发现,BPA可以通过干扰卵母细胞的发育成熟、受精能力以及后续胚胎发育对卵母细胞质量造成影响,而针对这些损伤的保护方案也有初步探索和报道。本文综述了近年来对双酚A于雌性生殖系统,特别是子宫、卵泡发育、卵母细胞质量及后续早期胚胎发育的有关报道,并对未来的保护缓解方案做了相关展望。In recent years,female infertility and reproductive disorders have become more and more prominent at home and abroad,and the factors affecting this situation include psychological problems caused by social pressure,as well as external influences caused by exposure of harmful substances in the environment.The number of oocytes in a female’s lifetime is limited,so the influence of environment on the quality of oocytes has been one of the current research hotspots.Bisphenol A(BPA),as a ubiquitous environmental endocrine disruptor(EEDs),has a wide range of estrogen-like effects on mammalian reproductive system,among which the effect on oocyte quality cannot be ignored.In recent years,related studies have found that BPA can affect the quality of oocytes by interfering with the development and maturation of oocytes,fertilization ability and subsequent embryo development,and preliminary solutions for these injuries have also been reported.In this paper,the recent reports on BPA’s effects on reproduction,especially female reproductive system,were reviewed,and the future solutions were prospected.
