摘  要:针对炼钢厂的钢渣在热泼渣车间喷淋产生大量水蒸汽,排气筒排出后产生拖尾白雾。通过理论计算及分析确定了不新增热源的一种高效低能耗的处理系统,该系统采用先降温降低废气中的饱和水分再升温降低相对湿度的工艺,实现环境温度5℃,60%湿度无明显可见烟羽,实现大气污染物的协调深度治理的同时回收大量水分,具有较好的经济效益。The steel slag in the steelmaking plant is sprayed in the hot slag splashing workshop to generate a large amount of water vapor,and after the exhaust pipe is discharged,a trailing white fog is generated.After theoretical calculation and analysis,this paper determines a high-efficiency and low-energy consumption treatment system without adding heat source.The system adopts the process of first cooling to reduce the saturated moisture in the exhaust gas,and then raising the temperature to reduce the relative humidity.The system achieves an ambient temperature of 5°C and a humidity of 60%without visible plumes,coordinated and in-depth treatment of air pollutants,and at the same time recovers a large amount of water,which has good economic benefits.
