摘 要:针对风力发电机高速联轴器中的胀紧套,考虑螺钉的预紧力和结构对胀紧套承载性能的影响,构建对应的预紧力-最小转矩、屈服强度-最大转矩的理论力学模型;忽略螺钉结构的胀紧套有限元模型,模拟胀紧套安装过程,获得内外环结合面等效应力和外环轴向位移随轴向载荷变化的规律;对比分析有无螺钉结构的胀紧套有限元模型,考虑螺钉结构的有限元模型更符合实际工况;根据理论力学模型得到胀紧套的解析解,与有限元的数值解进行对比分析。研究表明:考虑螺钉结构的胀紧套总变形1.15 mm是忽略螺钉结构的胀紧套总变形0.94 mm的1.22倍;螺钉结构对胀紧连接的承载性能有削弱作用,承载转矩约减少9.9%,为后期风力发电机高速联轴器胀紧套的理论验算和校核,提供了一定的理论支撑和参考。To the expansion sleeve in the high speed coupling of wind turbine,considering the influence of blot pretightening force and structure on the bearing performance of the expansion sleeve,the theoretical mechanical model of the corresponding pretightening force-minimum torque,yield strength-maximum torque is constructed.Finite element model of expansion sleeve ignoring screw structure is used to simulate the installation process of the expansion sleeve,and obtain the law that the equivalent stress of the inner and outer ring joint and the axial displacement of the outer ring vary with the axial load,compare and analyze the finite element model of the expansion sleeve with or without blot structure,the finite element model considering blot structure is more in line with the actual working conditions,according to the theoretical mechanical model,the analytical solution of the expansion sleeve is obtained and compared with the numerical solution of the finite element method.The research shows that the total deformation 1.15 mm of the expansion sleeve considering the blot structure is 1.22 times that 0.94 mm of the expansion sleeve ignoring the blot structure,and the blot structure weakens the bearing performance of the expansion connection,and the load torque is reduced by about 9.9%,which provides some theoretical support and reference for the theoretical checking and checking of the expansion sleeve of the wind turbine high-speed coupling in the later stage.
