摘 要:高炉旋转布料器的上回转支承是炼铁高炉中的核心承载部件,相对下回转支承其受力更大,失效原因更为复杂。炉料的冲击和运行环境的变化都会导致布料器回转中心轴线与旋转中心轴线产生偏差,从而导致产生额外的径向载荷和倾覆力矩,过大的载荷会影响滚子和旋转布料器内外圈接触力的变化,滚子受到变化的应力影响,易发生偏载效应,从而导致滚子发生疲劳破坏。本文对某高炉旋转布料器所受载荷进行理论计算,并根据虚拟样机的方法求解出滚子和内外圈接触力的变化,以此为基础用有限元方法求解布料器中心轴线偏斜不同角度时滚子的疲劳应力,得到滚子应力随着偏载角度增大而急剧增大的结论。The upper rotary support in the rotary distributor of blast furnace is a core component in the blast furnace.The bearing capacity of the upper rotary support is larger than that of the lower rotary support,and the failure reason is more complex.The impact of the burden and the change of the operating environment will lead to the deviation between the rotation center axis and the rotation center axis of the distributor,and cause additional radial loads and overturning moments,excessive load will affect the change of contact force between the roller and the inner and outer ring of the rotary distributor,and the roller is prone to eccentric load effect due to the change of stress,which make the roller fatigue failure.In this paper,the load on the distributor is calculated theoretically,and the change of contact force between the roller and the inner-outer rings is solved according to the virtual prototype method.On this basis,the fatigue stress of the roller is solved by the finite element method under the different angles deviation the center axis of the distributor deflects,it is concluded that the roller stress increases sharply with the increase of eccentric load angle.
