摘  要:在某钢铁公司冷轧板生产车间,连退产线平整机因液压缸自身密封泄漏,存在经常性“溜缸”问题,轻则造成产线降速的问题,重则断带停车。本文首先分析了“溜缸”存在的问题及原因,阐述了改造前液压缸的原理、平整机架与防缠导板及液压缸的关系以及防缠导板与液压缸的关系。其次,本文提出了平整机防缠导板液压缸的改进设计方案,包括改进后液压缸的整体结构、机械锁紧机构的设计增加以及液压机构设计的加强。最后,本文对整个平整机防缠导板液压缸改进设计的应用流程进行了详细补充。In the cold rolled sheet production department of an iron and steel company,the leveling machine of continuous return production line has the problem of frequent cylinder sliding due to the sealing leakage of the hydraulic cylinder itself,which may cause the speed reduction of the production line,or the belt breaking and shutdown.Firstly,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of sliding cylinder,and expounds the principle of hydraulic cylinder before transformation,the relationship between leveling frame and anti winding guide plate and hydraulic cylinder,and the relationship between anti winding guide plate and hydraulic cylinder.Secondly,this paper puts forward the improved design scheme of anti winding guide plate hydraulic cylinder of leveling machine,including the overall structure of the improved hydraulic cylinder,the design increase of mechanical locking mechanism and the strengthening of hydraulic mechanism design.Finally,this paper makes a detailed supplement to the application process of the improved design of the anti winding guide hydraulic cylinder of the whole leveling machine.
