摘 要:随着轧制带材越来越薄,生产线的剪切速度也相应提高,当圆盘剪剪切速度达到800 m/min以上时,对于圆盘剪设备的振动及受力稳定性分析显得尤为重要。本文根据振动力学原理,对产生共震的设备前十阶固有模态进行分析,得出前十阶模态分析的固有频率;对刀轴进行激励响应分析,得出外界不同激励下设备产生的响应;借助软件分析圆盘剪在剪切受力过程中的响应,判断设备稳定性;根据转子动力学计算出使设备发生强烈振动的临界转速,通过分析判断该圆盘剪设备的可靠性,为设备选型设计提供参考。With the rolled strip becomes thinner and thinner,the trimming speed of the production line is correspondingly increased.When the speed of the edge trimmer reaches 800 m/min or more,it is particularly important to analyze the vibration and stress response.Based on the principle of vibration mechanics,this paper analyzes the first 10 orders natural modes of the equipment that generates the co-vibration,and obtains the first 10 orders natural frequencies of modal analysis.Meanwhile,through analysis the excitation response of the cutter shaft,the response of the device under different external excitations is obtained.With the help of software,the response of edge trimmer in the shear force process is analyzed to predict the stability of the equipment.Analyze the stress of the edge trimmer during the trimming process with software to obtain the process response.The critical speed of the device that causes strong vibration is calculated according to the rotor dynamics,and then analyze and predict the reliability of the equipment,which can provide a reference for equipment selection design.
