摘 要:分离野生红菇菌菌丝培养物,研究菌丝体及代谢液对植物病原真菌(水稻稻瘟病菌)的抑制作用。红菇自然出菇季节林下采集菇蕾,组织法分离子实体获得菌丝纯培养物、以真菌通识引物PCR鉴定子实体和菌丝体的分子(DNA)同一性。平板对峙法验证红菇对植物病原菌的拮抗及抑菌效果;培养基中添加代谢液验证其对植物病原菌的抑菌效果。结果表明:组织分离得到菌丝体培养物与采集的红菇子实体遗传同一;菌丝及代谢物对水稻稻瘟病菌的抑菌效果明显。菌丝体培养可替代红菇子实体季节性生长的空白期,为红菇及其代谢物质的生物药用价值应用提供理论依据。To isolate the Mycelium of wild Russula lepida Fr.and study its inhibitory effect on plant pathogenic fungus(Pyricularia rice).Collecting Russula lepida Fr.fruiting bodies under the forest during the growing season.The pure Mycelium was obtained by tissue separation method.The geneticuniformity of fruiting body and mycelium was identified by fungal general primer PCR.The antagonism and antifungal effect of Russula lepida Fr.on Pyricularia rice was verified by plate confrontation method;Different proportions of metabolites were added to the culture medium to verify the antibacterial effect on Pyricularia rice.the pure isolate of mycelium is genetically identical with the fruiting body,The mycelium and its metabolites had obvious antibacterial effect on Pyricularia rice.Mycelium culture can replace the blank period of seasonal fruiting,and provide theoretical basis for the application of medicinal value of Russula lepida Fr.
