摘　　要：高校图书馆是古籍保护的重要阵地。百年名校武汉大学有着良好的古籍保护传统,在近20年来的古籍保护工作实践中形成了一些有特色的工作机制和方法,主要包括对校内古文献资源进行统筹规划和协调管理,建立古籍保护工作的长效机制;原生性保护和再生性保护并重;突出整理与研究,深入挖掘古籍的学术价值;积极服务社会等方面。Academic library is important for the protection of ancient books.Wuhan University,a century-old famous university in China,has a good tradition of ancient book protection.In the practice of ancient book protection over the past two decades,some distinctive working mechanisms and methods have been formed,mainly including overall planning and coordinated management of intramural ancient literature resources,establishing a long-term mechanism for ancient book protection;paying equal attention to generative and regenerative protection,highlighting sorting and research,mining deeply into the academic value of ancient books,and actively serving the society.
