摘  要:总结高校文科图书引进专款项目资源建设现状与成效,调研建设中存在的问题和不足,并提出发展建议。结合问卷调研结果,基于业务发展实际和国家“双一流”建设背景,从深化以学科选书专家科研团队为核心的资源建设模式、优化资源结构和发展政策、建设图书订购与用户服务统一管理系统、构建大型特藏文献统一揭示和集成检索平台、加强图书从引进到服务的全流程管理和宣传推广等五个方面,构建基于用户学术需求的资源建设与服务发展提升策略,推动资源建设更好更快发展,促进用户规模和使用效益的更大提升。This paper summarizes the current situation and effectiveness of information resource construction, and investigates the problems, deficiencies, and development suggestions in the construction of the Humanities and Social Sciences Book Funding for Higher Education. Combined with the questionnaire survey, the development practices and the background of “Double First-Class” construction, the paper constructs the promotion strategies of information resource construction and service for liberal arts special fund project based on the needs of users from five aspects: deepening the information resource construction model centered on the research team of book selection experts, optimizing information resource structure and development policy, building a unified management system for book ordering and user services, constructing a unified revealing and integrated retrieval platform for grand special collections, strengthening the whole process management of foreign books from import to utilization, so as to promote the better and faster development of information resource construction and the greater improvement of user scale and utilization benefits of the Humanities and Social Sciences Book Funding for Higher Education.
