摘　　要：成果导向教育(Outcome-based Education, OBE)理念已经成为应用型高校教学改革的重要方向,信息素养作为信息社会应用型人才的基础能力,其教学改革尚未适应OBE教育的要求。通过梳理OBE内涵与《高等教育信息素养框架》“域概念”体系的内在关系,本研究论证了信息素养OBE教学改革的合理性与必要性,提出了应用型本科信息素养OBE教学设计的要点,并从教学目标确立、课程合格要求确定、教学指标点设定和教学内容编排等方面逆向设计了其课程的教学体系,以期为信息素养教育适应应用型人才培养体系的教学改革提供必要的参考。The concept of OBE has become an important direction of teaching reform in application-oriented colleges and universities, but the teaching reform of information literacy—a basic ability in the information society, has not yet met the requirements of OBE education. By sorting out the inner relationship between the connotation of OBE and the domain conceptual system of the Framework, this paper discusses the rationality and necessity of the OBE teaching reform on information literacy curricula, puts forward the key points of OBE teaching design for application-oriented undergraduate information literacy, and reversely designs the teaching system of its curriculum from the aspects of establishing teaching objectives, determining curriculum qualification requirements, setting teaching index points and arrangement of teaching contents. It aims to provide some references for information literacy education reform to adapt to the application-oriented talents cultivation system.
