骨愈复原汤辅助手法复位后外固定治疗老年桡骨远端骨折的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:分析老年桡骨远端骨折疾病治疗特点,评价骨愈复原汤辅助手法复位后外固定结合治疗预后效果。方法:选择我院骨科2019年3月-2020年1月诊治的120例桡骨远端骨折老年患者,进行分组治疗,采取1:1比例法。对照组与观察组各60例,分别采取手法复位后外固定治疗、手法复位后外固定+骨愈复原汤治疗。比较2组老年桡骨远端骨折患者治疗效果、并发症情况以及水肿消退时间、骨折愈合时间、疼痛程度、生活质量评分。结果:组间治疗总有效率比较,观察组总有效率更高(P<0.05);组间骨折不愈合、关节僵硬、皮肤溃疡等并发症情况比较,观察组发生率更低(P<0.05);组间水肿消退以及骨折愈合时间比较,观察组患者用时更少(P均<0.05);组间疼痛程度与生活质量评分比较,观察组患者治疗后疼痛评分更低、生活质量评分更高(P均<0.05)。结论:骨愈复原汤辅助手法复位后外固定治疗老年桡骨远端骨折临床效果显著且安全性高,患者疼痛感轻徽,进而加速患者康复。Objective:To analyze the characteristics of the treatment of elderly distal radius fractures,and to e-valuate the prognostic effect of guyufuhui Decoction combined with external fixation after assisted manual reduction.Methods:A total of 120 elderly patients with distal radial fracture treated in our department of Orthopedics from March 2019 to January 2020 were selected for group treatment,adopting 1:1 ratio method.60 cases in control group and combined group were treated with external fixation after manual reduction and external fixation after manual reduction plus Guyu Recovery decoction respectively.The treatment effect,complications,edema resolution time,fracture healing time,pain degree and quality of life score of the two groups of elderly patients with distal radius fracture were compared.Results:The total effective rate was higher in combined group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications such as fracture nonunion,joint stiffness and skin ulcer was lower in the combined group(P<0.05).The time of edema regression and fracture healing was shorter in the combined group(P<0.05).In terms of pain degree and quality of life scores between groups,patients in the combined group had lower scores and higher quality of life scores after treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusion;Guyufuhui Decoction assisted manual reduction and external fixation for the treatment of elderly distal radius fractures has significant clinical effect and high safety,and tlie patients feel little pain,thus accelerating the recovery of patients.
