摘 要:针对提高仓储物流自动化水平,以提高物流、加工制造行业工作效率的目的,设计了一款基于Arduino的智能物料搬运车。智能物料搬运小车可以完成行进控制、循迹定位、扫码识别、颜色识别、抓取物料、定位摆放等功能。结果表明设计的智能物料搬运车的智能性和实用性强,可以在3 min内完成把指定物料从存放区搬运到放置区的任务,并且对物料进行抓取和放置的准确率达到80%。制造出来的智能物料搬运小车可以代替人工完成部分搬运工作,解决因人工分拣效率低、成本高等问题,为智慧物流加工行业提供了切实有效的解决方案。In order to improve the level of warehouse logistics automation and improve the work efficiency of logistics and manufacturing industry,an intelligent material handling vehicle based on Arduino is designed.The intelligent material handling car can complete the functions of moving control,tracking positioning,code scanning recognition,color recognition,grasping materials,positioning and placing.The results show that the designed intelligent material handling vehicle has strong intelligence and practicability,and can complete the task of transporting the specified materials from the material storage area to the storage area in three minutes.At the same time,the accuracy rate of grasping and placing the materials reaches 80%.The manufactured intelligent logistics car can replace the manual to complete part of the handling work,solve some problems of low efficiency and high cost of manual sorting,and provide a practical and effective solution for the intelligent logistics processing industry.
