摘  要:在现有输液条件下,由于病人病情变化复杂,医护人员、病人家属无法对病人的情况进行良好的监控,针对这一问题,设计一种基于物联网云平台的输液监控系统Anxin,系统以STM32作为核心模块,结合ESP8266 WiFi模块、HX711压力传感器、Eixpsy槽型光耦传感器等模块和阿里云平台构成一种远程监控系统。系统下位机通过各传感器采集各项数据,ESP8266 WiFi模块和阿里云平台连接,将数据上报至阿里云平台,云平台再将数据下发至上位机。医护人员可通过阿里云平台,病人家属通过手机APP远程监控病人输液状态。该系统可实现紧急预警、远程控制关断、输液速度测量、输液时间估计等功能。经过功能测试,系统能有效地对输液进行监控,具有可行性,且系统性能良好、功耗及成本低,有一定的推广使用价值。Under the existing infusion conditions,due to the complicated changes in the patient’s condition,the medical staff and the patient’s family cannot monitor the patient’s condition well.To solve this problem,an infusion monitoring system Anxin based on the IoT cloud platform was designed.The system uses STM32 as the core modules,combined with ESP8266 WiFi module,HX711 pressure sensor,Eixpsy slot⁃type optocoupler sensor and other modules and Ali Cloud platform to form a remote monitoring system.The lower computer of the system collects various data through various sensors,connects to the Ali Cloud platform through the ESP8266 WiFi module,and reports the data to the Ali Cloud platform,and the cloud platform then sends the data to the upper computer.The medical staff can remotely monitor the patient’s infusion status through the Ali Cloud platform and the patient’s family through the mobile phone APP.The design can realize functions such as emergency warning,remote control shutdown,infusion speed measurement,and infusion time estimation.After the system function test,the infusion can be effectively monitored,which proves the feasibility of the system.The system has good performance,low power consumption,low cost,and has a certain promotion value.
