摘  要:为解决因变压器内部过热现象引发的电力资源浪费问题,设计变压器内部过热缺陷故障自适应诊断系统。利用信号源装置,发出必要的电量传输信号,将这些物理信息量集合在故障指示器元件中,再借助诊断服务器,实现对变压器运行温度的实时监控,完成诊断系统的硬件执行环境搭建。在此基础上,分析变压器设备内部过热的主要原因,利用数据传输信道,将计算求得的变压器负荷量数值存储于诊断信息存储数据库中,完成系统的软件执行环境搭建,结合相关硬件设备结构体,实现变压器内部过热缺陷故障自适应诊断系统的顺利应用。对比实验结果表明,与示数监控型诊断系统相比,自适应诊断系统能够较好解决变压器设备的内部过热问题,从而为电力应用资源提供合理的保护。In order to solve the problem of power resource waste caused by transformer internal overheating,an adaptive fault diagnosis system for transformer internal overheating defects is designed.The signal source device is used to send out the necessary power transmission signals,and the physical information is collected in the fault indicator element.With the help of the diagnosis server,the real⁃time monitoring of the transformer operating temperature is realized,and the hardware execution environment of the diagnosis system is completed.On this basis,the analysis of the main causes of transformer overheating inside the equipment,the use of data transmission channel,the calculation for the transformer load values stored in the diagnosis of information storage database,software execution environment of complete system and combined with the related hardware structure,to realize the adaptive fault diagnosis system of transformer internal overheating defects smooth application.The comparative experimental results show that the adaptive diagnosis system can better solve the problem of internal overheating of transformer equipment compared with the indicator monitoring system,so as to provide reasonable protection for power application resources.
