共同富裕的新时代正义观

摘　　要：新时代中国特色社会主义的理论与实践需要将“正义”纳入“共同富裕”等具有中国色彩的话语体系之中,以建构新时代中国特色社会主义的正义观。共同富裕的“正义性”存在于它所要推进的互依性、交互性的社会关系之中、它所要建设的人人享有的合理分配格局之中、它所追求的从生产活动转向共同体活动之中。共同富裕本身内含着主体的全民性正义、内容的实质性正义、方式的程序性正义等“正义”意蕴,既是政治经济学意义上的发展性正义,也是政治哲学意义上的共享性正义,与马克思主义正义思想具有内在的契合性。“共同富裕”的新时代正义观从内涵上看是生产正义与分配正义的综合,从历史过程上看是按劳分配向按需分配转向的过渡环节。The theory and practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era need to bring“justice”into the discourse with Chinese color,such as“common prosperity”,so as to construct the discourse of justice with Chinese chara-cteristics.The“justice”of common prosperity exists in the interdependent and interactive social relations it wants to promote,in the rational distribution pattern that everyone enjoys,and in the community activities it pursues from production activities.Common prosperity itself contains the meaning of“justice”such as the universal justice of the subject,the substantive justice of the content and the procedural justice of the way.It is not only the developmental justice in the sense of political economics,but also the shared justice in the sense of political philosophy,which has an internal consistency with the Marxist thought of justice.The concept of justice in the new era of“common prosperity”is a synthesis of production justice and distribution justice in connotation,and a transitional link from distribution according to work to distribution according to demand in historical process.
