摘　　要：网络舆论救济是全过程人民民主的重要组成部分,体现了被救济主体生命安全的人民利益至上性。网络舆论救济体现了人民在网络救济上的广泛参与,民众通过网络舆论救济上的参与产生了全过程人民民主的获得感、尊严感、幸福感和自豪感。网络舆论救济是一种精神救济,具有技术性、媒体性、瞬时性、回应性和共情性。网络舆论救济具有正向功能和负向功能。对网络舆论救济改进需要加强网络舆论救济的预警策略、引导策略、回应策略、法治策略、技术策略建设。Network public opinion relief is an important part of people’s democracy in the whole process, which embodies the people’s precision and supremacy of the life safety of the subject of relief. The network public opinion relief reflects the extensive participation of the people in the network public opinion relief, through which people attain the sense of achievement, dignity, happiness and pride over democracy in the whole process. The relief of network public opinion is a kind of spiritual relief, which is technical, instantaneous, responsive and empathetic and achieved through certain media. Network public opinion relief has both positive and negative functions. To improve the relief of network public opinion, we need to strengthen the construction of early warning strategy, guiding strategy, response strategy, rule of law strategy and technical strategy.
