银环蛇咬伤致严重呼吸衰竭的护理分析

摘　　要：目的分析银环蛇咬伤致严重呼吸衰竭的护理效果。方法将我院2015年1月~2020年10月收治的60例银环蛇咬伤致呼吸衰竭患者为研究对象,按照随机分组法将患者分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予针对性护理,比较两组患者的临床相关指标(紧急气管插管率和并发症发生率、入院处置时间、吸氧时间、住院时间)和治疗后的护理满意度情况。结果观察组的入院处置时间、吸氧时间、住院时间均短于对照组,紧急气管插管率、并发症发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组患者的护理满意度比较,观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理可减轻银环蛇咬伤致严重呼吸衰竭患者的呼吸困难等临床症状,提高患者护理满意度,值得临床应用。Objective To analyze and study the nursing effect of severe respiratory failure caused by snakebite of Bungarus.Methods The subjects were 60 patients with respiratory failure caused by Bungarus bite treated in the people's Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of traditional Chinese medicine from January 2015 to October 2020.The 60 patients with respiratory failure were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).The control group took routine nursing intervention,and the observation group took targeted nursing intervention.The clinical related indexes(hospital treatment time,oxygen inhalation time,hospital stay,emergency endotracheal intubation rate and complications)and nursing satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The hospital treatment time,oxygen inhalation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05 for each).The incidence of emergency endotracheal intubation and complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05 for both).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Effective nursing intervention for patients with severe respiratory failure caused by Bungarus bite can reduce symptoms,reduce hospital treatment time,oxygen inhalation time,shorten hospital stay,reduce complications,promote patient recovery,and effectively improve patient nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
