摘 要:目的探讨精细化护理干预对门诊高危高血压患者血压控制率及满意度的有效性。方法将2020年6~12月我院内科门诊的高危高血压患者120例随机分为干预组与对照组,每组60例。干预组采用精细化护理干预,对照组采用传统护理。比较两组患者的血压控制率及患者满意度情况。结果干预组患者血压控制率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者满意度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理干预有助于提高门诊高危高血压患者的血压控制率及满意度。Objective To explore the effectiveness of fine intervention service on blood pressure control rate and satisfaction of high-risk hypertension outpatients.Methods 120 cases of high-risk hypertension patients were randomly selected from the internal medicine outpatient department of our hospital from June 1,2020 to December 31,2020.They were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The intervention group was treated with refined intervention services,while the control group was treated with traditional nursing services.The blood pressure control rate and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The blood pressure control rate in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The refined intervention services combined with traditional nursing services can improve the blood pressure control rate and satisfaction of high-risk hypertension outpatients.
