摘 要:目的探讨思维导图对消毒供应中心护理教学效果的影响。方法选择2020年7月~2021年7月在我院消毒供应中心实习的护生46名为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组23名。对照组使用常规教学方法,观察组使用思维导图教学方法,比较教学干预后两组护生相关情况。结果两组护生的考核成绩比较,观察组的理论与操作考核成绩分别为(89.72±6.37)分、(90.28±6.94)分,均高于对照组的(80.49±8.69)分和(82.51±8.34)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组教学质量评价比较,观察组在促进思考、便于记忆、学习策略、系统化学习能力方面的评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。教学满意度比较,观察组在教学组织实施、教学目标完成、理论知识收获、操作技能学习、职业情感培养方面得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心护理教学过程中,使用思维导图进行教学可以有效提高学生对消毒供应相关专业知识与操作技能的掌握程度,有利于提高消毒供应中心护理教学水平,具有推广价值。Objective To explore the effect of mind map on nursing teaching in disinfection supply center.Methods 46 nursing students who practiced in the disinfection supply center of our hospital were selected from July 2020 to July 2021.The enrolled cases were divided into two groups by random number table method,the control group used the conventional teaching method,while the observation group used the mind map teaching method,with 23 cases in each group.The related conditions of nursing students in the two groups were compared after the intervention.Results The examination results,the theoretical and operational examination scores of the observation group were(89.72±6.37)points and(90.28±6.94)points,respectively,which were higher than those of the control group(80.49±8.69)points and(82.51±8.34)points(P<0.05 for both).Comparing the two groups'teaching quality evaluation,the scores of the observation group in promoting thinking,facilitating memory,learning strategies and systematic learning ability were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05 for each);compared with the teaching satisfaction,the observation group scored higher than the control group in the aspects of teaching organization and implementation,completion of teaching objectives,harvest of theoretical knowledge,learning of operating skills and cultivation of professional emotions,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05 for each).Conclusion In the process of nursing teaching in the disinfection supply center,the use of mind map for teaching can effectively improve the students'mastery of the professional knowledge and operation skills related to disinfection supply,which is conducive to improving the nursing teaching level of the disinfection supply center,and has promotion value.
