摘  要:液硫池是硫黄回收装置液硫脱气单元的主要设施,其腐蚀环境非常复杂。通过分析液硫池内壁不同部位的损伤机理及影响因素,提出了有针对性的技术改进措施,采用316L不锈钢板作为液硫池箱体内衬防腐蚀材料,并对液硫池底部、侧壁及顶部结构进行改进,避免了地下水的渗入,减轻了腐蚀,保证了混凝土和耐酸砖的强度。现场应用效果表明,改进后的液硫池不锈钢箱体完好,其表面和内部无腐蚀,满足现场需求。Sulfur pit is the main facility of liquid sulfur degassing unit in sulfur recovery plant, of which corrosion environment is very complex. By analyzing the damage mechanism and influencing factors of different parts in the inner wall of sulfur pit, corresponding technical improvement measures were put forward. 316 L stainless steel was used as the anti-corrosion material for the inner lining;meanwhile, the structure of bottom, side wall and top of the sulfur pit were optimized to avoid the infiltration of groundwater, which reduce the corrosion and ensure the strength of concrete and acid-proof brick. Field application results showed the improved stainless steel box was in good condition as well as its surface and interior were free of corrosion, which can meet the field requirements.
