摘  要:天然气净化厂脱硫单元再生重沸器一般采用热虹吸式重沸器或釜式重沸器,热虹吸式重沸器结构分为立式和卧式。针对某高含硫天然气净化厂立式热虹吸式重沸器运行中存在的管束腐蚀问题,对换热管进行宏观检查和理化分析,结果表明:腐蚀机理为空泡腐蚀,热稳定盐对腐蚀又有促进作用,工艺操作不当对腐蚀加剧有一定影响。提出了脱硫单元再生重沸器腐蚀防护的建议措施。Thermosiphon reboiler and kettle reboiler are generally adopted as regenerative reboiler of desulfurization unit in natural gas purification plant. The structure of thermosiphon reboiler is divided into vertical and horizontal. Regarding the problem of tube corrosion during the operation of vertical thermosiphon reboiler in a high sulfur natural gas purification plant, macro inspection and physical and chemical analysis were conducted. It was found that the main cause of failure is cavitation corrosion, heat stable salt and parameter setting further aggravates the corrosion. Corrosion prevention proposals were recommended for regeneration reboiler of desulfurization unit.
