摘  要:当前工业发达国家在工业互联网与智能制造方面都进行了深度战略布局。就5G+工业互联网与智能制造的共性问题,以高端人才的集聚区、产业规模化发展的聚集区、信息服务的应用区和中国重要工业强市的苏州为范例,与率先在工业互联网中转型升级的杭州和青岛进行对比,精准分析苏州5G+工业互联网优势与劣势,提出建立跨界交互平台与多方协同机制、完善产业链生态系统、优化技术和数据与产业融合,并发驱动工业互联网供给侧与消费侧等对策,给出了一个比较全面且更具精准竞争态势和路径的方法论,从而为推动苏州从制造业强市向全球第一大智能制造业工业城市转变,进而获取超额竞争优势地位。Currently industrially developed countries have laid out in-depth strategies in industrial Internet and intelligent manufacturing.Addressing the common problems in this field and taking as an example Suzhou,a most significant city of industry in China which gathers top-notch talents,large-scale industries and information services,this paper conducts a precise analysis of Suzhou’s advantages and disadvantages in 5G+industrial Internet,compared with Hangzhou and Qindao,which have taken the lead in the transformation and upgrading of the industrial Internet.It puts forward some countermeasures including establishing a cross-border interaction platform and multi-party coordination mechanism,completing industrial chain ecosystem,optimizing technology and data integration with industry,and simultaneously driving the balance between supply side and consumption side of industrial Internet.This paper gives a more comprehensive and accurate methodology of competitive situation and path so as to obtain excess competitive advantages in promoting the transformation of Suzhou from a strong manufacturing city to the world’s largest intelligent manufacturing industrial city.
