摘  要:针对某型雷达方位驱动系统中单排交叉滚柱式回转支承在使用过程中发生运转卡死的问题,复核了该回转支承的受力情况和额定寿命,复查了生产过程,在内外圈理化检验、外圈滚道断口分析基础上综合开展了失效分析,最后针对回转支承的失效原因提出了预防措施。In view of the problem that a single-row crossed roller slewing bearing in a radar azimuth drive system is stuck during running, its force condition and rated life are reviewed, and the production process is inspected. Comprehensive failure analysis is carried out based on physical and chemical testing of the inner and outer rings as well as fracture analysis of the outer ring raceway. Finally, preventive measures are proposed to avoid the failure of the slewing bearing.
