摘  要:苯并[口恶]嗪树脂是一类新型的高性能热固性树脂,具有灵活的分子设计、体积收缩几乎为零等特有优势,但也存在固化温度高、脆性大等缺点。介绍了国内外对苯并[口恶]嗪树脂在耐热性、韧性及介电性能方面的改性研究,通过不同的改性方法获得良好的综合性能,并对苯并[口恶]嗪树脂未来的发展趋势和应用前景进行了简单的分析。Benzoxazine(BOZ)resin is a new type of high-performance thermosetting resin,which has unique advantages such as flexible molecular design and almost zero volume shrinkage.However,it also has shortcomings such as high curing temperature and high brittleness.The research on the modification of benzoxazine resin was presented in terms of heat resistance,toughness and dielectric properties at home and abroad,and obtained great comprehensive performance by different modification methods.The future development trend and application prospect of BOZ resin were briefly analyzed.
