摘  要:采用邻苯二甲酸酐对芳香族聚酰胺纤维即芳纶纤维(PPTA纤维)平纹织物进行表面改性处理,以期改善PPTA纤维织物与尼龙6(PA6)树脂间的界面粘结强度。分别用扫描电镜、原子力显微镜、X射线光电子能谱、X射线衍射及万能力学试验机对改性前后PPTA纤维表面形貌、元素组成含量、晶体结构等纤维表面微观性能和PPTA/PA6复合材料界面性能、力学性能进行表征。结果表明:经邻苯二甲酸酐改性处理过的PPTA纤维表面较未处理时含氧活性基团增加、表面粗糙度增大;在经80℃、0.3mol/L的邻苯二甲酸酐改性2h的PPTA纤维增强PA6复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和层间剪切强度较未处理时分别提高了32.5%、22.4%和27.2%,综合力学性能达到最佳。In order to improve the interfacial bonding strength between aramid(PPTA)fiber fabric and PA6 resin,the surface of plain fabric of aramid fiber was modified by phthalic anhydride.SEM,AFM,XPS,XRD and universal testing machine were used to analyze the surface morphology,element content,crystal structure and other fiber surface micro properties of PPTA fiber before and after modification and PPTA/PA6 composite.The mechanical properties and interface properties of the materials were characterized.The results shown that the surface of PPTA fiber modified by phthalic anhydride increased the number of oxygen-containing active groups and the surface roughness.At 80℃and 0.3 mol/L phthalic anhydride for 2 h,the tensile strength,bending strength and interlaminar shear strength of PPTA fiber reinforced PA6 composites were increased by 32.5%,22.4%and 27.2%,respectively.Compared with untreated PA6 composites,the comprehensive mechanical properties reached the best.
