摘  要:采用两步法制备出氮掺杂多孔碳材料(NPC),通过水热法原位合成NPC/CoFe_(2)O_(4)复合材料。采用XRD、FT-IR、XPS和SEM等方法对样品结构及形貌进行表征,并采用VNA测试材料的电磁参数,计算出在2G~18GHz范围内样品对电磁波的吸收效果。结果表明,当CoFe_(2)O_(4)的添加量为15%时,样品具有最佳的吸波性能。当频率为10.24GHz时,最低反射损耗达到-19.09dB,此时样品的厚度为3.5mm,有效吸波带宽为4GHz。Nitrogen-doped porous carbon materials were firstly prepared by a two-step method,and then the nitrogen-doped porous carbon/cobalt ferrite composites were synthesized by the hydrothermal method.XRD,FT-IR,XPS,SEM were used to characterize the structure and morphology of the samples.The microwave electromagnetic parameters of the composites were measured by VNA and the frequency range from 2 GHz to 18 GHz,the absorbing properties were calculated by electromagnetic parameters.The results showed that when the cobalt ferrite content was 15%,the sample had the best absorption performance.The minimum reflection loss reached-19.09 dB at the frequency of 10.24 GHz with a matching thickness of 3.5 mm,and the effective absorbing bandwidth was 4 GHz.
