摘　　要：通过开炼共混的方式在SE2155阻尼硅橡胶中加入MoS_(2),利用RPA2000分析材料在不同温度、频率、应变下的性能。结果表明:随着MoS_(2)填充量的增加,SE2155阻尼硅橡胶的拉伸强度呈先增加后降低,MoS_(2)填充量达到2%时,SE2155阻尼硅橡胶拉伸强度可达8.63MPa;但加工性能变差。填充量在10%以内,MoS_(2)不改变SE2155阻尼硅橡胶模量及阻尼特性随温度、频率及应变的变化趋势。MoS_(2) was added into SE2155 damping silicone rubber by means of open mixing,and the properties of the materials under different temperatures,frequencies and strains were analyzed by using RPA2000.The results showed that the tensile strength of SE2155 increased first and then decreased with the increase of MoS_(2) filling amount.The tensile strength of SE2155 at 2%filling amount reached 8.63 MPa.But the processing property became worse.Within 10%filling amount,MoS_(2) did not change the changing trend of SE2155’s modulus and damping characteristics with temperature,frequency and strain.
