摘 要:无机相变储热材料集不可燃性、导热性能好、经济性好和储热密度高等优点于一体,是一类应用前景良好的高效储热方式。为解决无机水合盐相变材料在应用过程中严重的过冷和相分离问题(纯三水醋酸钠过冷度一般可高达30~40℃),以三水醋酸钠(SAT)为储热基体材料,分别以十水焦磷酸钠、十二水磷酸氢二钠、纳米SiO_(2)、纳米Si_(3)N_(4)和纳米AlN为成核剂,以黄原胶为增稠剂,进行复合材料凝固/融化步冷实验和差示扫描量热测试,研究不同添加剂对SAT成核效果的影响,再对优选出的成核剂进行比例优化实验,然后添加质量分数分别为1%、2%、3%、4%、5%的优选成核剂,配制出过冷度低、热性能稳定的复合材料。实验结果表明,纳米AlN对SAT的过冷度改善效果较好,添加1%AlN、2%黄原胶和97%的SAT复合相变材料热焓为237J/g,相变温度为55℃,过冷度仅为2℃,循环多次后相变热焓降低幅度为2.1%,热稳定性能良好,有一定的应用前景。Inorganic phase change heat storage material is a kind of efficient heat storage method with good application prospect,which combines the advantages of incombustibility,good thermal conductivity,good economy and high heat storage density.To solve the serious problems of supercooling and phase separation in the application of inorganic hydrate salt phase change material(PCM)(the supercooling degree of pure SAT can generally be as high as 30~40℃),sodium acetate trihydrate(SAT)was used as the heat storage matrix material,Na_(4)P_(2)O_(7)·10H_(2)O,Na_(2)HPO_(4)·12H_(2)O,nano-SiO_(2),nano-Si_(3)N_(4),nano-AlN as nucleating agent respectively,and xanthan gum as thickener.Composite solidification/melting step-cooling experiments and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)tests were conducted to investigate the effect of different additives on SAT nucleation.The ratio optimization experiments were then carried out to add 1%,2%,3%,4%and 5%of the preferred nucleating agent to finally formulate composite with low subcooling and stable thermal properties.The results shown that the nano AlN had good effect on the subcooling of SAT.The enthalpy of the PCM with 1%AlN,2%xanthan gum and 97%SAT was 237J/g,the phase change temperature was 55℃,the subcooling degree was only 2℃,and the phase change enthalpy was reduced by 2.1%after several cycles,which had good thermal stability and certain application prospects.
