摘  要:采用超声辅助液相剥离法制备了薄层黑磷烯(BP),经溶剂热处理一步合成了CoNi-LDH@BP。利用XRD、SEM、TEM和XPS等对材料的形貌结构进行表征,并测试了电化学析氢性能。结果表明,CoNi-LDH@BP形貌呈三维微球,表面分布着针状纳米棒,BP以片状被CoNi-LDH包裹在内部。在1.0mol/L KOH电解液中,达到10mA/cm^(2)电流密度所需的析氢过电位为153mV,塔菲尔斜率为60mV/dec。另外,CoNi-LDH@BP催化剂还表现出较低的电荷传递阻力和较好的稳定性,表明该催化剂在碱性介质中具有优良的电化学析氢性能。The thin-layer black phosphorene(BP)was prepared by the ultrasonic-assisted liquid phase stripping method,and synthesized CoNi-LDH@BP in one step by solvent heat treatment.The morphology and structure of the material were characterized by XRD,SEM,TEM and XPS,and tested the electrochemical hydrogen evolution performance.The results shown that the CoNi-LDH@BP had three-dimensional microsphere with needle-like nanorods distributed on the surface,and the BP was covered by CoNi-LDH in the form of flakes.In 1.0 M KOH electrolyte,the hydrogen evolution overpotential required to reach the current density of 10 mA·cm^(2) was 153 mV,and the Tafel slope was 60 mV·dec;.In addition,the catalyst also had low charge transfer resistance and good stability,indicating that the catalyst had excellent electrochemical hydrogen evolution performance in alkaline media.
