摘 要:采用热压成型工艺制备纳米ZnO(质量分数为0~6%)增强的树脂基摩擦材料,利用定速摩擦试验机、洛氏硬度仪和冲击强度试验机对样品进行性能表征。摩擦磨损试验结果表明:纳米ZnO不仅具有增大摩擦系数、稳定摩擦系数的作用,还具有降低磨损率及改善磨损率波动性的作用。当纳米ZnO含量为5%,摩擦性能稳定系数高达91.2%,平均摩擦系数0.45,平均磨损率0.28×10^(-7)cm^(3)/(N·m)。洛氏硬度和冲击强度试验结果表明,适量纳米ZnO添加可获得轻质、质地均匀及抗冲击性能优异的新型树脂基摩擦材料。Nano-ZnO(mass percent 0~6%)powder reinforced resin-based friction materials were prepared via hot pressing process.The samples were characterized by the constant speed friction tester,rockwell hardness tester and impact strength tester for the purpose of studying the friction and wear properties.Friction and wear test results showed that nano-ZnO particles can not only increase the friction coefficient and stabilized the friction coefficient,but also reduced the wear rate and improved the fluctuation of wear rate.When the content of nano-ZnO powder was 5%,the friction stability coefficient reached 91.2%the average friction factors was 0.45,and the average wear rate was 0.28×10^(-7)cm^(3)/(N·m).The results of rockwell hardness and impact strength tests displayed that a new type of resin-based friction material with light weight,homogeneous product and excellent impact resistance can be obtained by adding appropriate amount of nano-ZnO powder.
