摘  要:通过熔融法制备热塑性木薯淀粉(TPS)/低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)/二氧化硅(SiO_(2))复合薄膜,研究不同表面性质SiO_(2)对复合材料的力学性能、塑化性能及结构变化规律。结果表明:添加疏水SiO_(2)后使TPS/LDPE/SiO_(2)复合材料的塑化扭矩降低、塑化时间增加;添加疏水SiO_(2)(TSP-L12)的TPS/LDPE/SiO_(2)复合材料的拉伸强度最高,添加亲水SiO_(2)(TSP-H10)时拉伸应变最高。疏水SiO_(2)能更好地发挥异相成核作用,形成较清晰的球晶,且不同表面性质的SiO_(2)会改变TPS/LDPE/SiO_(2)复合材料的晶型。添加亲水SiO_(2)时在基体界面粘接牢固,但容易发生团聚现象;疏水SiO_(2)在基体中分散较好,但容易发生剥落现象。Thermoplastic cassava starch(TPS)/low density polyethylene(LDPE)/silica(SiO_(2)) composite film was prepared by melting method.The mechanical and plasticizing properties,and structural change of the composites with different surface properties of silica were studied.The results shown that the plasticizing torque of TPS/LDPE/SiO_(2) decreased and the plasticizing time increased after adding hydrophobic SiO_(2).The tensile strength of TPS/LDPE/SiO_(2) with hydrophobic SiO_(2)(TSP-L12)was the highest,and the tensile strain of TPS/LDPE/SiO_(2) with hydrophilic SiO_(2)(TSP-H10)was the highest.Hydrophobic SiO_(2) can play the better role in heterogeneous nucleation and formed clear spherulites,and different surface properties of SiO_(2) will change the crystal form of TPS/LDPE/SiO_(2).When the hydrophilic SiO_(2) was added,it was easy to agglomerate at the interface of the matrix.when hydrophobic SiO_(2) was added,it could be well dispersed in the matrix,but it was easy to exfoliate.
