加减补肺汤联合西药治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期肺脾气虚证患者临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的研究临床采用加减补肺汤治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期肺脾气虚证的临床疗效。方法随机选取我院2020年1月-2021年12月期间收治的102例稳定期肺脾气虚证COPD患者作为临床研究对象,将患者依照计算机表法均分为对照组、研究组两组,每组人数均为51例,其中对照组使用常规西药治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用加减补肺汤进行临床治疗,对比两组患者经临床治疗后有效率及治疗前后病患机体内血清因子、肺功能数值。结果研究组病患临床治疗有效率(96.08%)高于对照组治疗有效率(82.35%)(P<0.05);治疗前,两组病患血清因子、肺功能等数值差异性不显著,经临床治疗后,研究组病患肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)指标数值显著低于对照组;研究组病患全力呼气量(FVC)、最大呼气流量(PEF)、一秒用力呼气值(FEV,)等指标数值明显优于对照组,对比差异显著具有统计学意义,(P<0.05)。结论临床治疗稳定期COPD肺脾气虚证时采用加减补肺汤联合常规治疗,能够显著提高临床治疗效果,降低病患机体内炎性因子,提高病患肺部各项指标功能,值得临床广泛应用。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Jiajian Bufei Decoction in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)with lung-qi deficiency syndrome in stable stage.Methods A total of 102 stable COPD patients who were admitted to the Medical College of Yangzhou University from January 2020 to December 2021 were randomly selected as subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the study group by random number table,51 in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while those in the study group received Jiajian Bufei Decoction.The effective rate of the two groups and the values of serum factor and pulmonary function indexes in patients before and after treatment were compared.Results The effective rate of the patients in the study group(96.08%)was higher than that in the control group(82.35%).There was no significant difference in the values of serum factor and pulmonary function indexes before treatment.After treatment,the values of tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)and interleukin-8(IL-8)in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the values of forced vital capacity(FVC),peak expiratory flow(PEF)and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Jiajian Bufei Decoction in the clinical treatment of stable COPD can reduce inflammatory factors in patients and elevate the functions of pulmonary indexes,thereby significantly improving the treatment effect and comprehensively protecting the patients5 physical and mental health,which is worthy of wide clinical application.
